Return/Refund Policies

Online Return Policy: 

We hope you are extremely satisfied with your online purchase, but should you need to return items please email us for approval of return at info@curiosasf.com.

Online purchases may be returned within 7 days of receipt for credit card refund. Items must be unused, in original packaging and in perfect condition. Once we receive your return, all 3-5 days for us to contact you via email to confirm that your refund has been processed. Your refund will be applied to the credit card used in the original transaction.  Shipping fees are non refundable and customers are responsible for return shipping charges.  

Non Returnable Items

Items that are not returnable include but are not limited to the following: Handmade One of a Kind, Apothecary, Books,  and Food. 

Sale Items

Sale items are final sale and can not be returned or exchanged. 

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, simply email us via info@curiosasf.com and we will be happy to assist you.

***Please note that we do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned merchandise.  It is advised that you send your return insured and trackable. 

Damages

If you receive any items that are damaged due to shipping, please contact us immediately at info@curiosasf.com. Damages must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.  Please hold onto all boxes and packing material until we are able to communicate with you.
